Walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Steps to all the pleasures of the gas lit streets and Victorian homes in Cape May and West Cape May. This large, renovated, cozy and bright 3 story Victorian (over 1oo years old) will be your home away from home with all the comforts you need including two zone A/C & heat. This home sleeps a max of 13 with 5 bedrooms, 3 full baths, 2 half baths, hardwood floors, ceramic tile, granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The 1st floor consists of 2 living rooms with a queen size sofa bed in one of the living rooms, a large kitchen with seating for 10, a master bedroom with a king size bed and a private bath, a laundry room and mahogany porches in the front and on the side of the house. The 2nd floor consists of a master bedroom with a queen size bed and a private bath, a second bedroom with a queen size bed, a full bathroom, a kitchenette with seating for 6 and a second floor screened mahogany porch on the side of the house. The 3rd floor consists of 1 bedroom with a twin bed, a den/nook area with 2 twin beds, a half bath and a living area with a twin size sofa bed and full sized futon. All rooms have flat screen TVs. There is also a front and rear fenced yard and in the rear yard there is a BBQ grill, an outside shower, a clothes line and a bike garage which houses twelve bikes (9 adult & 3 children) and additional beach chairs for use in the yard or at the beach. You will find that this fantastic house is an easy walk to Broadway Beach, Grant Street Beach and The Cove. Public restrooms and a snack bar are located at Broadway Beach but Grant Street Beach and The Cove offer privacy and a magnificent view of the lighthouse. And, for your convenience, beach chairs and 2 beach blankets are stored in the green garage and are available for your use. \*\*we provide pillows, bedspreads, comforters, and throw blankets. This is a beautiful, well kept, and clean home. The photos accurately showed the rooms. We loved the porches! We also really liked having a second kitchen/refrigerator on the second floor. House accommodations worked well for us. Having beach chairs and bikes was great. Loved having the pass for an additional 2 beach chairs and an umbrella. The kitchen had everything we needed . There are 3 porches to sit out and enjoy and a nice yard with picnic table. Easy walk into town. Treasured memories were made here. ##### Brenda M. The home is stocked with everything you need and is walking distance to the Town Square but far enough away for peace and quiet. There is two very close eateries (a market for amazing sandwiches and a beautiful wood fire pizza/eclectic dining restaurant) that we ate at several times during our stay. The house has plenty of parking and the neighborhood was quaint. Both Karen and her husband were very nice to work with. We rented the linen service they offered, the bedding was quite inaccurate, to Karen’s credit she brought new sheets the right size. The towels bins were mislabeled, which I just realized at check out. I spent lots of time counting and make it all fit to what the labels read.. Finally the request to vacuum the entire house, I found excessive as we paid a substantial fee for the cleaning. We don’t vacuum our respective houses, 3 different households, parents and children, we have cleaning services that do it for us. Having to spent the last morning, all before 10:00 AM almost spoiled an otherwise wonderful experience. ##### milagros p. Stayed 7 nights in Aug 2022 ### 4/10 Poor #### Eric N. Aug 9, 2022 Disliked: Cleanliness, communication, listing accuracy #### Disappointing Rental All of us were disappointed - this was an expensive rental, and we chose it because of other reviews. So we recognize that others may have been happy, but we were not. We would have been happier if the owners seemed willing to do any level of service recovery - even validate our concerns. nada. Our collective issues: 1\. cleanliness - grill grates with leftover meat, kitchen floor only superficially clean, upstairs air filter filthy, dirty sponge left in sink 2\. amenities missing or broken (partial list) - bikes unrideable as is (all tires needed air, 2 flat), beach cart broken, DVD remote missing so DVD player unusable, outdoor shower door handle fell off, cleaning supplies and washer pods missing at start of rental, grill not functioning properly 3\. 3rd floor not as advertised - "bedroom with 2 twins" is NOT a bedroom, it is simply an open area with no privacy and extremely close to stairwell, no door, and severely sloped ceilings so easy to hit head at night. ##### Eric N.
