« Room - not clean, with previous guest belongings were still all over the room. Cleaners - never came 2hrs after there were scheduled. Owners - of the establishment were highly unprofessional. Urgently requesting for me to cancel/refund my reservation 2hrs after check-in bc they had double booked my reservation and would not be able to house my party of 2 for the weekend. « Ad was very misleading for "Airport Lodge". It was nothing but a basement apartment in a back alley. We never received any information on this reservation pertaining to the access code. We spent a good half an hour in front of the property trying to contact Expedia and the owner. We followed directions and walked to the back of the house for access. « The location within Old City was great, the unit is close to a lot of historic locations and great restaurants. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The unit was clean and communication with the Host was excellent. There were a few inconveniences, like no wash clothes or kitchen towels and very flat pillows. « The location of this apartment is okay, and check-in was very smooth. The apartment is a bit worn in some places and could benefit from some maintenance, especially the windows, the blinds, and baseboard heaters are broken. The toilet was not cleaned and there was no toilet paper. I contacted the host and he did drop some off about 6 hours later. For the kitchen, the oven, underneath the sink, and the utensil drawer were not cleaned. A quick heads-up to future guests, bring your own linens....
