This place is not safe at all and the amenities mentioned are not all there!! First of all, the pictures only show what the owner WANTS you to see. The space is extremely small, its really just a finished basement and its very drafty as well. There is a door from the owners house down the back hallway and anyone can come down while youre sleeping. There is also a window up above in the bathroom so if someone wanted to watch you? They could! The lock on the front door was also broken and the only lock available was the bottom lock and who knows how many people have keys to it?? The owner was also extremely strange. We asked her to turn up the heat and she took almost an hour to come down and UNLOCK the LOCKBOX on the thermostat! She then said “I thought it was too hot, you guys are cold??” Like SHE’S staying in the rental. She was not very welcoming at all and did not make us feel welcomed. We also brought our service dog and she tried to charge us for it. She also took pictures of my wife walking our service dog and said she was taking pictures of the yard, but it was nighttime?? Also, the oven/stove did not work at all. Not even a click to show any connection or power to it. There is NO washer or Dryer. NO hot tub/tub. And there are office style ceilings (panels) so there are holes and pockets in the ceiling that lead into the foundation of the house, where there could easily be animals or bugs.
