All in all great hotel, only little thing was cleanliness of bathroom. There was hair all over the floor of the bathroom as well as a nicotine poutch on the shower floor.

Clean and nice hotel. Breakfast is expensive but staff are very nice.

Staff are nice. Location is lose to highway and local downtown. The room is clean.

Clean and friendly. Which parking would be included in pricing.

Superbe hébergement

Nice and quiet rooms, comfortable beds, and very nice shower rooms.

Very spacious and clean suite; and the maids were lovely. Pool was a little cool for my taste and the hot tub was a bit low on water so the jets sprayed water everywhere. Great view and great location, front desk staff could be a little friendlier; but overall, excellent place to stay.

Chambre propre. Près de tout en transport en commun.

Parking was hard

Very fabulous hotel, combination of Scandinavian functionality and aesthetics. Everything in the room (tiny, but not as tiny as a Japanese hotel room) is so well-thought out. The light in the bathroom changes colour on command; there’s also a memory game to play (“Marvin” changes the colour of the light and you have to...

Very clean and nice area

This was our first time in Boston. The hotel was absolutely perfect. It is worth paying for a hotel right downtown. The location of the Harborside Inn was the best! We stayed 3 nights. We walked everywhere. There was no need for other transportation. Sightseeing, dining, shopping all within walking distance. Can't wait to go back!

Fantastic location
