"The room was clean nice bed and sheets towels were clean and of quality for this price range motel. I did not use kitchen except for fridge. The supplied utensils and pots and pans plates and such were old and well used mismatched but would get the job done. Staff at check in were pleasant and fast. They offered daily cleaning but I was just one person and did not need it. Outside pool was clean and had a good swim. I would stay again for a good night sleep at an economical price."

"The room and facility was spotlessly clean, which is always lovely. The staff I interacted with were friendly and very helpful. The physical plant needs an update. The Sandman Hotel is showing it's age with wear and tear visible throughout the facility."

"We were a 3 generation family group of 13 ranging from 17 months to 70. The property lived up to our expectations and more! It worked very well for everyone. The house was very well equipped and impeccably clean. (Beach towels, highchair, play yard all provided on site).The bbq chefs in the family loved the outdoor kitchen. Everyone loved the beach and easy water access, all the water toys and equipment. The putting green was a hit too. The hosts have thought of everything to keep everyone happy. The view of the lake is great and it’s an easy walk into the stores, coffee shops and the Naramata Inn. The Naramata store is well stocked if you need some extra provisions. Lots of wine tasting near by. Although it might seem pricey, we felt the quality and amount of extras over other rentals made it totally worth it. We highly recommend and hope to return as a group again one day!"
