Naramata Vacation Packages

Nastiest place we have ever stayed, first room was nicely renovated and we were so glad to arrive after 10 hour drive but then we noticed mouse poop on the bed, half used roll of toilet paper, dirt and grime in the fridge, on the stove, microwave, long black hairs in the utensil drawers, floors were nasty, black stains and brown stains all over blankets and sheets, long black hairs on the pillows. We immediately were so grossed out and went back to the front desk after only about ten minutes in our room. The front desk guy working was not apologetic at all. Just kept saying how the room was cleaned that morning and they had people in it the night before. They refused to refund me. I even asked if I could pay for first night and cancel, refused and said they could only offer me a different room so we agreed to go look as I could not afford to lose the $1300CAD as a single mom of four. So we get to the next room and it’s still filthy but thank god no mouse poop. Although the handle to the fridge was missing and using a shoelace to open the door. The microwave, oven, stovetop, were filthy inside and out. Cupboards filthy. Walls, door trims, doors were filthy with old food/liquid smeared. Layer of dust on everything. Hairs in the towels. Black and yellow stained bath mat, chairs with liquid stains all over. Pillows were so disgusting, yellow with millions of stains. My kids feet were literally black after 5 minutes of walking through the room. Absolutely disgusting.

We liked our stay at this hotel. Staff are very helpful and friendly with a welcoming attitude with a smile. We had lake view facing room which was perfect. Room was clean by HK staff every single day making it comfortable for us. Same food options every single day for breakfast made it kind of boring after 2nd day. Items for breakfast were well stocked. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel and definitely will be back soon.
