Nice clean room. Friendly checkin. Great amenities. Great parking.

Room was clean and spacious. A bit weird having the sink across the door from the washroom. AC works but a bit noisy. The location is convenient in Penticton. I was just there for a night so did not have the chance to use the pool, which looked good. Breakfast was lacking but complimentary.

Comfy bed, very quiet property. No TV.

My husband and I have stayed here quite a few times and it’s usually very good. This time, when I checked in there were a few little misses I noticed. The clerk was a bit disheveled and not quite as helpful as the clerks from previous visits. Usually you could enjoy a complimentary cup of delicious coffee while you wait in line to check in. This time no coffee was available. We get to the room and we still wanted to have coffee before we went out for dinner. I had to wash the coffee pot first. Despite the few misses, we will still look to stay there again for our next visit to Penticton

Broken window in our room. No guarantee parking spot per room. Dirty frame in bathroom and a fan in the bathroom that you cannot turn on when needed.
