Naramata Vacation Packages

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The hotel was very clean, and our family absolutely loved the pool, hot tub, and cold plunge. It was a great place to relax and unwind. The front desk staff were super friendly, helpful, and accommodating, especially since we had some unusual room booking situations that they helped us sort out. Unfortunately, while we were staying, the fires hit Summerland. The hotel was incredibly understanding and, with no questions asked, allowed us to check out two days earlier than planned. We were definitely disappointed to have to leave early, but given everything that was happening, it was absolutely the best choice for our family. We really appreciated how kind and accommodating everyone was during an unexpected situation. We would absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

The place was decent. It felt like they had good intentions and good effort, but lacking at times. It felt like they were in between renovations and could feel the old with the new.

Great Staff

The location is great. However, the motel is very old & the furniture is beat up looking. The bathroom had only a pedestal sink so there was no where to place toiletries other than on the back of the toilet. The towels had black streaks on them. The TV was very small. For the price we paid for 2 nights, I had expectations for the room to be nicer. Parking & wifi were free which was good.
