However, over the past year it has turned from tourist accommodation to more long-term low-income housing. People are living there, not just visiting, and they are up all night every night - gathering and talking really loud on the balconies, partying, yelling, stomping, fighting through the whole night (every night of my 4-night stay until between 3am and 6am). Not just one resident, but many - beside me, farther down the walkway, upstairs... The front desk is closed for the evening and through the night, so there is no one to call about it. I did not feel very safe there, and will not stay there again. I am sad, I used to love this place." Was not hard to find, getting the info for the codes were easy from the staff. The room was spacious, did smell like cleaner when we walked it but opening the window helped. Liked the beds the were comfy and so were the pillows. Liked that the tv was a Roku for streaming Netflix, etc. This was my first hotel where we didn’t need a key, check in was done all over the phone. Would stay here again. Liked also that it was close to the ferry and a Starbucks. It is by a road thats heavily traffic but didn’t bother my sleeping.
