I enjoyed the comfort of the room and the property. Staff was very agreeable. The room we paid for was like a small apartment which made enjoying our free time in the room. I did not care for the blanket that was in the bed was full of hair (I blame the texture of the blanket rather than the cleanliness of the blanket). However this did set me off from getting in the covers. I slept above the made bed with a blanket I brought from home.

Tanya had the room heated up and check in was easy and didnt have to go into office. Great price great central location to enjoy all big bear has to offer.
