"Possibly best location in the desert - quiet block with easy walk to el Paseo & centrally located in valley for all of best tennis/golf.Setup was (modernized) 1950s motel vibe - perfect for couples in one of the rat pack's stomping grounds.Communication with host was exceptionally prompt & responsive.Well done."

"This should not be referred to as a resort. IT IS NOT A RESORT. No Valet. No Doorman. No bell service. No Gift shop. No concierge. Broken elevator. Booked specifically to have a restaurant. Had 45-50 minutes for breakfast last Sunday, sat there for a half hour and no one looked at me. I had to ask the table next to me how does one get table service? I even called the front desk and asked them to send a waiter to my table and NOTHING. It was busy because of BNP Paribas - but they have that event every year SO STAFF FOR IT! That’s why the prices go up exponentially is because everyone comes in to town for this tennis tournament. I Ended up having to quickly check out and find somewhere to have breakfast so I could leave for the tournament. Very disappointing. I left feeling ripped off."

"Way overpriced for the state of this property. Cheap coffee in the room, not replenished daily. shower not really working. Restaurant terrible. If you like motel 6 this is a place for you"

"Room was spacious and well equipped with everything you need. We played pickleball and went to one of the pools. It was conveniently located to restaurants and only a short drive to Indian Wells where we were attending the tennis tournament. We would definitely stay here again!"

"The room was clean. Day staff was a little off putting. Treated me as if I didn’t belong. I asked for an early check in, which by Marriott Bonvoy status always allow, and I was told to come back at 1:30 or 2pm ( it was after 12noon and I was trying to make it over to the tennis center. The vistas was friendly, engaging, helpful - overall wonderful."
