The property is funky and bright; it is a "happy" place. And I loved the decor of the rooms. The price is great for the room and its amenities. I offer the following suggestions: better coffee at breakfast (I didn't think the coffee was very good) windows that open even only an inch (having fresh air in my room when I sleep is something I consciously look for in a hotel)
