"This was a fantastic property. Very well kept, friendly staff, within a 30 min drive of Major attractions in town, and a pub nextdoor. Wifi and TV signal were both strong and never an issue. The bed was one of the softest I've slept on at a hotel, and I felt incredibly rested each morning. I'm a night owl so I wasn't up early enough for free breakfast, though the gentleman who checked me in was excited to tell me about it, so I'm sure it was good. Honestly a fantastic value"

"There was no hot water for showers. I left at 8:30 My girlfriend was in the room gathering the rest of her stuff. The lady behind a desk threatened to call the cops even though I had the room till 11:00 and when we're leaving and she wouldn't let me get my belongings. I tripped over garbage left in the hallway with my crutches. I only have one leg and I'm in the hospital right now still and they're getting ready to send me to a rehab from the fall at the hotel. The lady that was behind the desk didn't even help me get back up for grab my crutches. She ran away. This happened on the 1st of May. I got the room on the 2nd of May is when this happened"

"The home is quite spacious, clean, and supplied with an adequate amount toiletries for travels. The host was communicative in a timely manner and even provided snacks and bottled water. Thank you for a great stay!"

"The property was very nice especially having a fenced in yard for my dog to come with us on our trip. Everything was very clean. The kitchen is outfitted with plenty to cook there. Comfortable beds was a huge plus. This space is perfect for the traveler that needs a nice place to home-base between activities around Cleveland. Location is close to everything (less than 15 mins to downtown) but low traffic area so getting around is easy. Communication with host was wonderful- clear directions and instructions on where to park and how to access the property. "

"I have to agree with other guests who stayed recently. We too encountered very loud music on an almost nightly basis coming from the neighbors. Some nights it went past midnight. We did alert the property manager and it would stop for a bit and then start back up again. We also were met with a less than clean unit upon arrival. There was a dryer full of towels and sheets which we had to remove and fold before we were able to launder our own bedding. The couch had a number of stains. Overall the entire place, especially the upstairs bedrooms, smelled like urine. It was gross. There are a number of items that could use fixing as others have mentioned. Our kids stayed in the bedroom with the broken blinds which made it very difficult to sleep. We also noted the microwave would overheat and stop working about 45 seconds to a minute into trying to heat something. The lights in both the fridge and freezer were also burned out. I wasn’t very impressed with the unit overall. And the neighborhood was very loud and didn’t seem all that safe. I would not stay here again unless there was some major overhaul to the unit. "
