"Thank you to the staff at The Hampton. We were traveling from out of state for a concert. We were greeted at the front desk by a wonderful woman who was so friendly and accommodating. The hotel and room were very clean, the beds were comfortable. There was a hot breakfast every morning with a nice variety of options. The hotel has several restaurants In waking distance. The parking lot was well lit and secure. There is a nice pool there as well. The room had everything we needed. I would stay here again and I would recommend it to others. "

"I booked this hotel months in advance as I was travelling from another country. The hotel called me the day of my arrival (6 hours before check in) and told me they’re cancelling my room because they over booked the hotel. The person on the phone was extremely rude and gave nothing but attitude towards me while I was trying to figure out my next move as I was in the middle of my travel to this location. Totally unprofessional and would never recommend this hotel to anybody as it’s extremely unreliable. "

"Bed was very uncomfortable. Our room card was only magnetised for one night. Sheets had stains on them. Shower wasn't the cleanest. Walls were very thin. Sheets were also put on the wrong way."

"The home is quite spacious, clean, and supplied with an adequate amount toiletries for travels. The host was communicative in a timely manner and even provided snacks and bottled water. Thank you for a great stay!"

"The property was very nice especially having a fenced in yard for my dog to come with us on our trip. Everything was very clean. The kitchen is outfitted with plenty to cook there. Comfortable beds was a huge plus. This space is perfect for the traveler that needs a nice place to home-base between activities around Cleveland. Location is close to everything (less than 15 mins to downtown) but low traffic area so getting around is easy. Communication with host was wonderful- clear directions and instructions on where to park and how to access the property. "
