Tons of light! Adorable decor! Perfect for a few days or extended stay. Accommodates up to four, free street parking, and located minutes from local hotspots! Located by car about 3 minutes from I-71 and I-90, 15 minutes from CLE airport, and 8 minutes from downtown venues. Historic duplex in the Stockyards neighborhood. Owner occupied lower unit and rental in upper unit. Guest access using keypad door lock. Rental unit is upstairs, 2nd level. Unit includes eat-in-kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, and one full bathroom. Each bedroom is outfitted with a queen bed, closet and dresser storage, and blackout curtains for a comfy night's sleep. Living room has plenty of lounging space and Roku TV for streaming your favorite shows and movies. Kitchen is equipped with everything you need to dine in, prep snacks, or heat up takeout leftovers. There are two ring security cameras on the property; one one front door of the home and one on the garage facing down the driveway. We weren't sure about the neighborhood when driving in at night, but once we got there, everything was perfect. Just as described.
