« Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour. Le onsen est vraiment très très bien. Le personnel est gentil. Nous avons mangé un soir au restaurant et c’était bon. Il y a plusieurs restaurants à distance de marche. La vue sur le mont Fuji est superbe. La chambre est grande, mais c’est un peu défraîchi (par exemple, des taches sur le tapis). « Excellent séjour dans l’établissement. Malgré la barrière de la langue, l’équipe a toujours été très serviable et gentille. L’hôtel est situé à quelques minutes dans une rue de montagne un peu étroite. Elle est située avec des acces en train depuis Hakone Yamamoto et en bus.
