Location was great! Perfect for spending time in Glacier National Park. Having a 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with a full kitchen was a great set up for 2 couples.

For $600 USD/$900 CAD a night, the hotel did not meet expectations. Very limited staff - there was no staff to help with bags on check in at any time

The people at the desk, with the exception of one older woman on the night shift, were rude and appeared as if they hated their job, and didn't want to be there. The complimentary shuttle service to and from downtown, when you would call the desk for a pick up from downtown, would put you on hold forever to the point where you had to call uber. Seemed like everyone that worked there needs classes on how to be happy and how to smile. Poor customer relations as well as discombobulated while asking for any kind of information. Whole staff needs to be retrained.

We had a wonderful stay at the Riverfront Hotel! The hotel was exceptionally clean, modern, and beautifully updated. The games room was a huge hit with our kids, and they also loved the complimentary popcorn, cookies, and other snacks that were available. The pool and hot tub were fantastic, and we really enjoyed having access to the kayaks and paddleboards on the river—it was such a fun bonus. One of our favorite amenities was the free guest laundry, which was incredibly convenient during our road trip. The location was perfect. It was within easy walking distance of downtown, yet still felt like a peaceful riverside retreat away from the hustle and bustle. We would definitely stay here again. Our only suggestion would be to offer more gluten-free options at the complimentary breakfast or to clearly label allergens on the breakfast items. This would make it much easier for guests with dietary restrictions to choose what they can safely eat. Overall, it was an excellent stay, and we highly recommend the Riverfront Hotel!
