I could see how it may be chilly parts of the year, but we had all we needed for our stay in mid-June. Casual and accommodating with THE BEST home cooked breakfast I have had at an overnight stay. The tipi was perfect with a friendly cat that visits and even a lovely bird fluttering around inside for a natures alarm clock:) Deer roaming around and a nice fore pit for use by all. Easy pull up right next to your unit for easy unpacking and repacking. The drive into town is short and sweet with a sense that you are truly out of the hustle and in touch with the outdoors. Cool ranch atmosphere, but could be so much more. To get to the bathroom/shower you have to walk about 10-15 min. There is a porta potty closer, but I don't consider that "glamping". Also, there are led lights along the path to the bathroom to light the way at night , however only about 1/4 of them are working, so it's pretty dark! Mostly though, as beautiful as the ranch is-there is a lot of useless trash (metal, wood/vehicles/etc) laying around everywhere. The breakfast was good-a little late for early riserers. A good clean-up would help.
