I explained the situation to Dilesh on the way, and he was so understanding and made sure we could check in smoothly in the middle of the night. He even set an alarm for 2 a.m. just to wake up and greet us. We really appreciated his kindness and thoughtfulness. Plus, the property was very clean and conveniently located, making it easy to get around and explore different areas of Vancouver. »
