"Easy to access the property . Full comprehensive instructions were given for key pickup . Lovely property , clean and very welcoming . Thank you for the breakfast / food hamper that was waiting for us on arrival . A lovely touch . Would stay there again . Would have been better with our own transport as a little way out of Whitstable but that was our problem not the hosts . Managed to catch a couple of local buses to and from the property . "Great location to walk to everything within the city. Only lacking microwave, but oven worked well as alternative. ALDI grocery store 0.5 miles away. Shower with latest updated features. having a washer/dryer was extra bonus!"

"I have pictures of our disgusting dirty room with spider webs & uneven flooring. Smelly moldy rooms with wet stains on the walls and ceiling. The Wi-Fi didn’t work and neither did the TV. There was a tea kettle, but no tea or coffee. This looked nothing like the picture you showed!!! I would like my money refunded. I would not recommend this property to anyone! We slept in our clothes and couldn’t wait to get on the ship to shower and send our clothes to the laundry."

"Property was a perfect base for our weekend stay, with only 10 minute walk to the front. It was clean and fresh. On arrival we were met and shown round. There were pleasant little touches such as disposable toothbrushes, cotton buds, shampoo and packets of tissues. So thoughtful to include breakfast items and fresh fruit as well as bottled water and something more alcoholic chilling in the fridge. The internet connection was good."

"I’d definitely recommend the hotel. The keyless entry didn’t initially work, but the communication with the owner was quick and a new code was sent within minutes. The rooms were lovely and there was a good variety of teas and coffees available. I was worried not having check in would mean that the owners weren’t around, but they did help us figure out how to turn the air conditioning off. The location was fantastic and it wasn’t noisy in the rooms. "

"Very convenient, 20mins away from the town centre, nicely decorated & easy to park. Only reason for not being perfect throughout is the bedding was a bit thin and the electric meter cupboard door was broken so it banged in the wind & kept me up. Otherwise great"
