Private estate on seafront. Stunning second floor apartment in converted edwardian house on the seafront. Plenty of parking available on the private road. Fabulous location with wonderful coastal walks in either direction. Ten minutes walk to Joss Bay to the left, or 30 minutes walk to Broadstairs town to the right. There is also access to the beach below via steps only accessible with a key provided to estate residents. The apartment itself has a beautiful fitted kitchen with breakfast bar looking out to sea, spacious and comfy lounge/diner, again with sea views. The master bedroom has a Jack and Jill ensuite bathroom with bath and walk in shower. The second bedroom has twin beds and arguably the best view of all. There's also a balcony off the hallway if you want to take in some fresh sea air. Broadstairs is a beautiful unspoilt gem with its golden sandy beach and harbour arm. Broadstairs has it's own micro climate and often avoids the worst of the weather. Even in winter you can often find a sheltered spot to sit outside and enjoy a coffee. Margate and Ramsgate are both worth a visit as they both have their own vibe and something different to offer. Lots of nice bits in the fridge so we had the basics. The views over the cliff and sea were remarkable and we saw some lovely sun rises. The flat was immaculate and well finished to a high standard. It has everything you could wish for. A lovely welcome awaited us. Also provisions in the fridge and a loaf of bread and biscuits which was very thoughtful. The apartment is spotless. This is actually our second time going here – we’ve never been back to a place before as we normally like to try new places every year, but this place is too good to miss! Barry and Gaynor are wonderful hosts, they make sure you have everything you need but also give you total privacy. Location is also fantastic as although you can walk into Broadstairs you have all the coastal walks accessible to you, and you are super close to the other beaches of Broadstairs. Ruhige Lage (kein Bäcker oder Restaurant im Viertel), nächstes Café ist in der Nachbarbucht Stone Bay. Alle Buchten in beide Richtungen gut zu Fuß zu erlaufen. Sehr erholsam.
