Views from lounge windows are fabulous and constantly changing, no need to turn on the tv when you can watch the sea and everyone coming and going. Am absolutely in love with Broadstairs and would definitely book the same apartment again. »

« Steve and Tina were so welcoming and helpful! They have done an amazing job renovating the cottages. It is so peaceful and beautiful. Amazing for families or couples. A bit in middle of nowhere so need to have a car! »

The neighbourhood is quite, yet supermarkets are in 5 Minutes driving range or even just walking. Mr Holmes knew where we could find the places and stores we would like to go to, thanks again.We recommend this place from where you can explorer the area and have a chilled holiday. »

« The flat is just as pictured. The kitchen is well equipped, beds are comfortable, and it was spotlessly cleaned. There is some street noise, but that will be the case anywhere in the city center. I only mention it so I can share the tip to bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. Communication with Deborah was fast and smooth. The location is perfect—a few minutes walk to anywhere in the city center. Highly recommend. »

« We (six adults and three small kids) enjoyed a fantastic stay at the cottage. Good amenities in the cottage, ample space for sleeping, playing and eating and great surroundings. An ideal place for a family outing. »
