8/10 Good
"The hotel was really nice and super clean, and the location was really convenient. Everything was well maintained, including the pool and gym, which was also really clean. They had water and sparkling water machines on each floor, and the elevators were really fast, so we never had to wait or deal with crowded elevators. The lobby area near Starbucks and the restaurants was also really nice and clean, with plenty of seating. The only thing we didn’t really like was the check-in process because it took forever, and the employee helping us wasn’t very helpful. They also charged us $46 per night and gave us coupons for the restaurants on the property, but the restaurants were SO expensive that we didn’t even use the coupons, so that felt pretty pointless. Other than that, everything was great and I’d definitely stay here again."
