We were a party of seven so needed a big place to stay. Great location for Old Trafford football and cricket grounds which is what we needed. Couple of cosmetic things let it down but a bit of TLC and it would be lovely.

Apartment was okay to stay in for the weekend but the lack of staff being available and the general state of the property was what brought the apartment down. Nothing to complain about the actual apartment, clean sheets, working utilities and hot water.

Very accessible to the cricket ground for gigs and only 10 minutes in taxi from Piccadilly. Apartment was clean and value for money. The walls look tired and need a lick of paint.

Good location for Old Trafford

Overnight stay to attend a game at Old Trafford. Short walk to the ground. Check-in was easy. The apartment was spacious and clean. Plenty of room. Kitchen looked great but didn’t need to use it. Parking was easy and private. Bond paid and then returned within 10 days. Would use again.

Not as bad as reviews make out

Was a little bit worried when see reviews about people struggling to get deposit back. Mentioned this upon arrival and they only took a pre authorisation on my card so no money was deducted. The place was clean, the oven didnt work but wasnt to bothered as we were only there 1 night and didnt really need to use oven. It was nowhere near as bad as what i was expecting from reading reviews.

Nice place, bad host

Nice property but check in was terrible, host never responds to messages and was very confusing over the phone, electricity shorted whilst we were staying there. Also paid a deposit via bank transfer that we were told would be refunded within a week of check out, has since been over 3 weeks and host has been no help at all over the phone

No markings on the oven, had to guess. No pots or pans as they claim they only provide cutlery and crockery. No WiFi. Staff ignored all messages and phone calls.

I couldn't get in to the property because they didn't accept overseas deposit transfer (using IBAN) , only from UK bank account. And it wasn't mentioned in the conditions that much. So please highlight it a bit more for future.

Hey there! I recently stayed at this apartment for a day and wanted to share my experience. The apartment was really spacious and budget-friendly, which is great. However, there was a bit of noise coming from the corridor or maybe from upstairs, I'm not entirely sure. But despite that, I still think it was worth my money. Overall, I had a good stay, though the deposit amount was a bit high. I am still waiting for my refund, so I hope to receive it soon. Thank you for your help!

Scam. Avoid.

SCAM. The property take a deposit and do not repay (the phone number they gave me is now outnof service). Though the requirement of a deposit is stated on Hotels.com they operaters have no interest in getting tour deposit back. AVOID this property, and reconsider whether Hotels.com are worthy of your custom. READ THE SMALLPRINT! DESPUTE raised with Expedia, who are kindly refunding me after waiting for my direct bank transfer safety deposit back of £250 green apartments made me pay before I could check in 1 month ago. Others checking in were also baffled by being asked for this. No communication from them now for 3 weeks. My own bank had never heard of this method of securing a room before. Otherwise, basic apartments very spacious.

Scam no deposit refunds no communication

After booking was informed I need to pay £250 bond on hotel.com it said within 72hours on hotel email 7days before arrival I contacted both to clarify auto bots say contact hotel directly I tried they do not reply at all or answer phone , then I see several reviews saying do not stay it’s a scam and you will not get your deposit back, so I contacted again to clarify ( no response) until the day I’m arriving at 1pm an email saying I should have known and as I’ve not sent the £250 they have cancelled my booking Absolute disgrace DO NOT BOOK HERE

Clean, welcoming and helpful.

Hassan on reception, very helpful. Lovely, clean, warm apartment…though only two towels for four people. We were put in one apartment that didn’t suit us as we were one couple and two single people, but Hasan changed us over into a more suitable apartment. Overall very happy… we left the apartment t exactly how we found it, so looking forward to having the large deposit paid back asap!
