Great Location, Friendly Staff

Fantastic location, really close to amenities and short walk to the Northern Quarter. All staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Check in process was smooth, appreciated the late checkout time. Had a fantastic time all around.

December stay in Manchester

Good stay in Manchester. Apartment clean, great size and well equipped. Would have preferred king size bed but otherwise very good. Great location for exploring central Manchester. Short walk to tram and trains. Plenty of restaurants and bars in local area. Christmas markets very good.

We decided to book this apartment as the other hotel we were supposed to stay in was not in the greatest of conditions. However we were so pleased we did this as the apartments are amazing. Very clean, a lot of space and you feel right at home. Would definitely recommend this to anyone wanting a trip to Manchester as it has everything you need.

Nice comfortable apartment. Only issue I had was with a smell right next to boiler by the entrance which smelt like damp. Other than that, no other issues and I would stay here again.

Clean apartments with everything you need. Lady on reception was lovely. Lift doesn't work so quite a few stairs to walk up. Mattress quite hard, no balcony as shown on the pictures

The property had a great view from the balcony. All amenities were available, and it was spacious. I did not like that the lift was not working we were on the 6th Floor in fairness we were informed the lift was not working so had the choice to cancel. The apartment was a bit dusty on the surfaces.

Take your own cleaning supplies. It was dirty, smells terrible and rug on the floor is dirty/ugly. But location is close to everything in the city and assess to public transportation.

OK, but room for improvement

One of the towels was dirty. The lift was broken. There was junk outside the lift on every floor. Seems like a place for hen and stag events, and like bad behaviour is expected by staff from all patrons.

Dirty accommodation, communal areas cluttered with cleaning equipment (ironically) , toilet rolls and what I assumed were the cleaners shoes. Hallways smelt damp. One if sofa beds in apartment was ripped on numerous places and broken. It wouldn’t work as a sofa as the back just collapsed. We spoke to receptionist about this and he looked at us blankly and offered nothing!

Convenient place to stay for short visit to Manchester. Easy access to city center. Alison (front desk) was a hoot and helpful with recommendations. Area is a little noisy due to Ancoats road and late nite revelers, but not so much that we couldn't sleep.

This was a really reasonable place to stay, very clean, the staff were lovely & check in & out were easy. Well situated to walk into town as well. The only downside was that at 5”11 & my partner at 6”3, the bed was really short & we were hanging off the end

Great city centre location

Great location for going out in the city centre. Had everything we had wanted. The beds weren’t overly comfortable but were fine for just 1-2 nights. Apartments were the perfect size. We stayed in the penthouse and had a one bedroom apartment as well and both were perfect for our group. The staff were very hospitable and helpful too.

The place was a great location for access to the AO Arena. As a whole the appartments could use a spruce up. But they are a great size, and exactly what we wanted. I have looked to use them again but the weekend (summertime) price i would certainly not pay.
