Walking distance to Costanera shopping centre. Lovely swimming pool, water was always warm and really nice to swim in. Jacuzzi was nice and warm too. "Great location in modern business district with lots of nice restaurants nearby. Metro stop nearby. Lovely rooftop pool area, though pool itself is shallow. Friendly staff that speaks English. They arranged a reasonable transport to the airport for us. Hotel is in same block as Ritz Carlton "

Our suite room was spacious, but the bed was very uncomfortable to our liking (too soft and lumpy) and the linens and bathroom were not exceptionally clean. The breakfast was good!
