"Nice hotel, excellent staff. Safe Area near park"
This hotel is across the street from a great park. It is near the metro lines to get you downtown quickly (although I took cabs and hotel shuttle everywhere). The shuttle driver was great - he didnt just take me where I was going, he also pointed out the attractions nearby which really helped make my excursions fun. The front desk staff, concierge and doormen were VERY helpful. They made calls for me to confirm excursions and translated with taxi drivers. It was very clear that their goal was to ensure I was well looked after. The hotel itself was very clean and the room was comfortable.
When we arrived, they did not expect us. We had changed our Expedia booking for 2 weeks by 1 day. The hotel could only find a cancellation, but the amended booking. After some confusion, the hotel made every effort to make us welcome. The breakfast buffet was good, and our room very comfortable.

This hotel is very comfortable, with nice rooms and breakfast.
The location is very convenient if you are to do business in Las Condes, and it is near nice restaurants.
I was there last time during remodeling, so the noise was not so nice, but normally it is a very quiet place.
I would only suggest a faster internet connection, and a bigger effort to provide rooms to early checkin. If you are to arrive there early in the morning they won't give you a room until later in the day, even though many times the room is ready.
Good choice anyway.
"Friendly staff, close to park and shopping center"
The staff at the hotel were very helpful and were pleasant about helping us out as our Spanish was very poor and their English was excellent. The buffet breakfast was plentiful and the area was kept very clean. The pool area was very comfortable. Easy access to metro and cabs available at the door. Reasonably priced good hotel.

My wife and I enjoyed staying at this hotel which is situated across the street from a major shopping mall (Costanera) in Las Condes close to Providencia and within a short distance from a metro hub (Tobalaba) on the main line.
Late on Saturday 7th, Feb 2015. All about a late cuppa. The experience had a happy ending. Since there was nothing open, the staff member on night duty invited us to have a seat and quickly produced two cups of coffee and biscuits, compliment of the house. Good attitude, thanks, much appreciated.
The hotel is very accessible to subway, restaurants, shopping, and had great views. Also very close to a pro where a lot of people were running, biking, and enjoying the outdoors with their families. Only complaint was the bathroom toilet holder was token and the bed was too soft on the middle.
Las Condes is a posh sector of the greater Santiago area, where high-rising urban architecture stands against a backdrop of snow-capped mountains. At the center of Las Condes is Apoguindo Avenue, dubbed Sanhattan for its similarity to the bustling streets of Manhattan. Visitors can spend hours strolling past office buildings, through boutique shops, local restaurants, and a university campus.
