An old mansion of the winery owners was converted to hotel. Old charm, excellent wines.

Both concierges went out of their way to give us a great experience Very good breakfasts. Amazing setting. A bit disappointed that not all activities available (but in fairness we tried to book them late)

The room was huge for Chilean standards and the bed was comfortable. The property grounds were well kept and you could enjoy sitting outside beside the vineyard. Breakfast was good as well. They sell snacks and have an elevator so you dont have to carry your luggage up steps. Lots of safe, free parking. Oh, and a fridge in your room. You need a car to access restaurants nearby.

A wonderful old building with spacious rooms and lots of charm. The room was spotless and well maintained. Breakfast was lovely. The best part was the staff. They were all warm and welcoming, they were super helpful and personable. I would definitely recommend this place to travellers.

Amazing boutique hotel. Great location. 15 minute walk to cable car. 20 minute walk to mall. Restaurants right across the street! Love it. Definitely staying here again

Cool hotel, Great service, smaller rooms but a great stay overall.

Wonderful staff of a great centrally located property. Breakfast is wonderful and hotel is close to great dining options such as Bocanariz. Highly recommend the Singular!

Room was very clean and modern on the fifth floor, but there is a secure elevator .We loved that at the end of the day following local tours and walks, This is a great location , close to restaurants and seemed safe and busy during the day.The staff were accommodating as we had little knowledge of spanish and they were light on english. The restaurant provide us with a delicious breakfast each morning before setting out to wineries and museums and then back to airport to fly onto EASTER...

Great multilingual staff who are attentive to every detail of guest requests....The lush tropical grounds make you forget the fact you are in a bustling city of 6 Million...wonderful Chileans......I live in hotels much of the time and highly recommend this one !!!!

It was a quiet retreat in one of my favourite city:) lovely staff, and fantastic architecture!

My wife and I host group tours so it is very important we stay in an amazing hotel. We had a group of 23 and the hotel was absolutely amazing ! Where possible early check-in was provided for those who arrived on a very early flight. Breakfast was amazing. The whole team at Bidasoa were super professional. We hosted our welcome dinner at the hotel and everything was perfect. Highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is really lovely. The staff is super Helpful and the food is fantastic. As an added bonus it is above a giant mall. Dangerous! 😉

Good location

The Aubrey is a lovely boutique hotel. The location is excellent and despite being very central and close to great restaurants, bars, sights etc., it's very quiet. The staff are exceptional and provide personalized service. It has only 15 rooms, yet lots of beautiful indoor/outdoor common areas. Hotel staff are very good at arranging reservations in town and even arranged a private tour to Concha Y Torro winery, which is worth a visit.
