"The staff was absolutely incredible. Very friendly and prepare very delicious meals. Too bad it was rainy so we could not take advantage of the clear waters during our stay. The road to get there was in pretty bad condition, it’s a dirt road with lots of potholes. The surrounding area was dirty as the sea brings back trash so a walk on the beach ended up being a short one after we left the hotel beachfront."

"Me aloje 3 noches en el Pachamama y me ha encantado!! Cogi una habitación con terraza que esta muy comoda, espaciosa y limpia. El hotel esta muy centrico, cerca de todos los sitios de buceo, restaurantes y playa. La dueña Micky y su gatita Pacha hacen que te sientas como en casa y se preocupa por tu comodidad. Tienen un servicio de masaje con Mickael que tambien recomiendo mucho. En general me parece un hotel muy lindo, perfecto para pasar un par de noches bellisimas en Mahaual."

"I have been traveling to Mahahual for solo fishing adventures every year for at least the last 8 years, and I have always stayed at the Cabanas Del Doctor, and I always will! I don't need anything fancy, but for the very reasonable price of a room or cabana here you won't find anything even close to as good. Also, the woman who runs the hotel/cabanas is wonderful, I look forward to seeing her every year. Hope to be back again soon, thank you for everything once again!"
