"The hotel itself was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were helpful. This hotel has the potential to be terrific, but there were two large problems. First, the Beach Club attached to the hotel plays loud and annoying music day and night. They seem to turn it up louder in the middle of the day in an attempt to attract tourists from the cruise ships. It’s impossible to find a location either by the pool or in the building that is reasonably quiet. Next, there is some kind of issue with the plumbing that creates a lot of noise during the night. I was awakened both nights. "

"The room was as basic but clean and felt safe. It was expected. Bedding and towels were provided but I was surprised to find a wash cloth was not. I like to cleanse my face in the evening. I also accidently locked my self out of my room the evening prior to my departure and was surprised to find they had no spare key. The staff did gain entry but had to move me to another room for my last night. In that room the sink leaked from underneath and there were visible cobwebs. I do not think they planned to have someone in the room but it was not ready for occupancy. "

"When we arrive it was 12am at that time wanting to shower and take good rest as we enter no receptionist some old man approached and gave us the key the steps are almost falling as we enter nothing at all as the pictures you advertise the view from the room was ok but the curtain ohh my god was full of moles dirt the bathroom dirty needs a good scrub and clean the windows here is where the worst part comes time to lay on the bed was the worse moment ever even my tiredness went away the pillows smell like ass the bedsheets was cream instead of white the bed was hard and the floors was sticky gross. Highly not recommended! "
