« Emplacement correct pour découvrir Almaty. Le personnel de l'hôtel est serviable, même s'il parle peu anglais. Chambre très spacieuse et avec le confort nécessaire, au rapport qualité/prix excellent. Check-in à 14h, mais le personnel a gardé ma valise avant gratuitement sans aucune difficulté. Le petit-déjeuner est correct et varié, même si les aliments (notamment chauds) pourraient être un peu plus qualitatifs. Je retournerai à cet hôtel sans problème. »

« We booked a one BR Apartment for a family of 4 including 2 kids (5 yo). The apartment and the bathroom was spacious and fully equipped. The sofa bed in the living room converted to a pull out bed (unfortunately it is the most uncomfortable bed for 2). The location of the hotel is excellent, with 2 minutes walk to the famous Arbat Street. There are plenty of supermarkets around, with a huge Magnum store just across the road in Lumier building. »

« It is close to the Almaty 2 train station just 10 min walk. There is a supermarket close by and lots of restaurants options. It’s also close to the walking district Arbat. A few of the staff don’t speak English but we were able to communicate using google translate. They are helpful. I had a room with bathroom, its clean and the bed is comfortable. It’s like guesthouse style, it’s very good value for the price. »

"Emplacement correct pour découvrir Almaty. Le personnel de l'hôtel est serviable, même s'il parle peu anglais. Chambre très spacieuse et avec le confort nécessaire, au rapport qualité/prix excellent. Check-in à 14h, mais le personnel a gardé ma valise avant gratuitement sans aucune difficulté. Le petit-déjeuner est correct et varié, même si les aliments (notamment chauds) pourraient être un peu plus qualitatifs. Je retournerai à cet hôtel sans problème."
