"The Reef at Atlantis was amazing! We stayed as a family of four (myself, husband, 14 & 16 year old boys) and had a two bdrm suite, which was perfect! Check-in was smooth and concierge personally guided us to our suite. Bellhop checked in with us and even came back to bring us extra room keys. Everyone we saw asked if they could do anything extra for us, which was greatly appreciated even though we had all we could ask for! Housekeeping kept up and were so all so friendly. Kitchen was fully stocked with utensils/dishes/cookware. Beach/Pool/Aquaventure were all nice and we had no issues getting chairs or towels. I had read some negative reviews prior to our stay and honestly wish I wouldn't have even looked, as our stay was beyond what we expected!"
