We had called the night before to make sure the trip was worth going on with somethings starting to close down with the corona virus. Staff assured us to come, so we did. We were there about an hour and everything shut down. I don’t blame them for that. However, staff was not helpful at all with helping us figure out alternative ways to get food or help. They accidentally called my cell phone and were talking bad about our family on a voice mail. This is our 2nd time coming to this resort, and we wont go back.

Everyone was very welcoming and thrived for that 5* service. No dislikes or negatives whatsoever.

The staff was amazing! However, we stayed in Room 453 and it seems to be right under some sort of intake or generator and it sounded like we were listening to a Jet engine roar all night. Zero sleep our first night there. They did upgrade our room for the second nights stay.

Restaurant had good food, but toast came cold and unbuttered. People next to me sent their toast back because it was cold. I asked for fruit and got potatoes, though they later sent out the fruit. Overall good but those two things moved it down a bit.
