The staff was exceptional. From top to bottom. Very rare thing these days. This seemed to be infectious to those staying there as well as everyone we encountered was polite and pleasant, and enjoying their stay. Well done.

Stayed three nights at the Beverly Hills Marriott and overall it was a great stay! Staff were friendly and quick with requests! Did notice that the rooms became very dusty and it seems like there wasn’t dusting done before hand, but this could also have something to do with the air ways in the hotel? Also they charge $150 as a “deposit” from which they pull from for future charges but was not explained at the time of payment what the charge was for.
