Positioned at the top of a residential building, this inviting penthouse places you above the leafy streets of Maida Vale, combining comfort with style.  
  
The open-plan living, dining and kitchen area are bright and airy, with expansive windows and glass doors fill the space with soft daylight. The lounge is furnished with a plush sofa and Smart 4K TV, while the wooden dining table comfortably seats four, whilst the contemporary kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances, sleek cabinetry and a Nespresso machine for all your culinary needs.  
  
The bedroom is centred around a luxurious king-size bed. From here, step directly onto your private balcony; an ideal spot for fresh air and a moment of stillness above the neighbourhood. The bathroom is also finished to a high standard, featuring a generous walk-in rainfall shower and underfloor heating for added comfort.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment, situated in a residential apartment building.

The apartment sits in a calm residential pocket surrounded by some of West London’s most desirable neighbourhoods; Maida Vale, Westbourne Green and Kilburn. Just a short walk away, Harrow Road offers a variety of independent cafés, local shops and everyday conveniences, while nearby Formosa Street and Castellain Road provide charming village-like eateries and deli's. The apartment is also in close proximity to Paddington Recreation Ground, perfect for morning jogs, weekend walks or outdoor workouts. Queen’s Park, with its cafés, farmer’s market and leafy green spaces, is also within easy reach.  
  
For serene canal-side strolls, Little Venice is only moments away - home to waterside restaurants, quirky narrowboats and scenic routes along Regent’s Canal.  
  
Getting Around:  
  
Kilburn Park Underground Station (Bakerloo Line) is around a 10-minute walk away, providing direct links to Paddington, Oxford Circus and Waterloo. Queen’s Park Station is also close by, giving you additional access to both the Bakerloo Line and the London Overground, with fast routes toward Euston, Camden, and West London.  
  
There are a range of bus routes are just a few minutes from the apartment, offering quick connections across West and Central London.
