"Absolutely amazing resort. The most friendliest staff I've encountered. Every single person was lovely. The 5oclock bar was one of my favorite spots. The staff were so sweet, fun, accommodating, and very friendly. Jet Ski rentals are available on the beach along with access to chairs and umbrellas. The water is gorgeous. The hotel is conveniently located on the beach, has several pools, bars and restaurants to choose from. Roots has a great breakfast buffet and again, the most delightful staff and customer service I've ever experienced. The casino was there as well so my mom enjoyed herself there. There were shuttles and taxis available for transportation. A guest also told us they have Enterprise on site if you want to rent a car. The hotel also offered free activities to do during our stay like bingo, trivia, feeding iguanas, and s'mores around the firepit. Overall, I highly recommend this resort. Do come prepared to spend money when staying at this resort. Along with resort fees, they charge a $150 a day liability fee if you break or steal anything. This resort is seriously too notch in customer service. Book your trip here!"

"This hotel was so incredibly beautiful and relaxing, we enjoyed every second of our stay. I especially appreciated the kindness of all the staff, every single person who helped us was warm and friendly from check in to check out. Needless to say the hotel is clean, safe, and meets all the minimum requirements but they go above and beyond with the little things like the towel service, complimentary snacks and champagne in the rooms, attention to detail in everything. They were extremely kind and accommodating. It is by far one of my favorite places I’ve ever stayed and my experience on the island was equally as wonderful. I would highly recommend to everyone."
