"The Lodge was spectacular and the staff friendly, professional, and helpful. Within hours of arrival, they knew our names. The room was large, private, clean and very comfortable with a large deck overlooking the rainforest, a huge bathroom and our own private hot tub. We did many activities through the lodge (hiking, yoga, night walk, bird watching tour) and the guides were excellent. The food was delicious and very fresh. Each dish was beautifully plated and generous. 5 stars!"

"This was our first night in Costa Rica. We picked to stay here to split the drive to la fortuna and to be able to stop at Rio Celeste. It’s close to Rio Celeste. The town itself seems abanded. "The location was perfect for seeing Rio Celeste and other rainforest tours. Everyone was really friendly and the food was great. Communication was somewhat interesting because I hadn’t brushed up on my Spanish enough but we made it work! The bed wasn’t super comfortable, shower didn’t get very hot and the walls weren’t exactly soundproof but for the price it was still a good value. I’d definitely stay here again!"

"Wow! Just wow! We will definitely be back! This place is inspiring. What a Gem! We had the pleasure of meeting Gabriel the founder and just in the brief encounter I understood why this place is so magical…. It starts with a vision and it becomes a mission! Staff were amazing and it was nice to see a team that worked together and did so happily. No one looked tired or overworked it felt like they felt were proud to work there, they were proud about working for a company that cares about their flora and fauna. We were fortunate to see the beginning of their garden project and are looking forward to returning to see it finalized. Our trip to Costa Rica is not over … and I am happy to report I feel re energized both physically and spiritually! Do not miss the opportunity to visit Rio Perdido Hotel! "
