The property was incredibly well-maintained. All staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome. A number of highlights, including the “Looking for Monkeys” tour and eco-adventure. Would highly recommend the complimentary activities, including smoothie making, cooking demonstration, kayaking, pickleball, and ebikes.

This is the best Four Seasons I have stayed at. The staff are all extremely friendly and accommodating. I love the WhatsApp chat for easy communication. The surf school was a hit with the kids and they loved the ropes course/zip line expedition. The food is all really nice quality and I like that there is no single-use cheap plastic cups around the pool, it's all nice drinkwear. Nightly my kids enjoyed the free offerings like churros station, s'mores, ice cream buffet,etc. They also loved the teen club to make bracelets and play basketball. Bahia restaurant was great - shout out to Cheeky (best server!) and Beto.

Beautiful hotel in the most amazing place. A calm beach that combines trees and lots of green with fauna and beach. If you like water activities or jungle experiences but also if you just want to relax in the pool or beach this is a great place to consider. I went with kids and family. Loved it!!!
