Beautiful location near Pemigewasset River. Very easy to find. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Clean and quiet. Walking distance to so many things in Lincoln. Onsite restaurant was delicious. Two pools, two hot tubs, outside activities - perfect! Would have like some additional storage in the shower for toiletries & an additional towel bar for the hand towel used at the sink.

Perfect family resort
Great location with everything you need (and don’t need … ice cream lol) within walking distance. Pool was perfect for the kids. Restaurant food was amazing! Gym was great but the scenery was the best. Would stay again.

Great trip staying again just a misunderstanding about cleaning the room was not done in the 4 days we stayed. When we called they brought us sheets and towels no issues. Overall was wonderful we are a family of four loved every minute.
