Staff and hotel are amazing clean and make you feel very comfortable. first time eating at bar and food was amazing as well as service, very affordable also, breakfast as always was delicious and very clean,
The only issue is parking as i need handicapped parking and with only 2 spots had to park down by river and walk up stairs that were not shoveled.

What a beautiful place! The neighbourhood was an absolute treat to walk and take in all the great architecture and landscaping, the Inn stood out as a focal point without taking away from the general vibe of the street. The music on the porch set a nice first impression, and the interior left us speechless. It was clean, charming and quite welcoming.
Our room, in person exceeded our expectation. The bed felt great and the bathroom was outfitted very thoughtfully. It felt both cozy and private....

Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjours. L'emplacement est idéal; à proximité des chutes (usa) et à quelques minutes des douanes pour d'autres activités au Canada. Le déjeuner est excellent!!! Le personnel très professionnel et aidant.

Beautiful little boutique hotel right at Gates Circle in Buffalo. One of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in! Beautifully done bathroom with large shower, and the gas fireplace in the bedroom is luxurious. The little extras like the microwave popcorn, granola bars and selection of teas in the common area really are above and beyond. And to all of that the free parking, and you cannot do better anywhere.

This is a fantastic hotel. The room was beautiful with all sorts of home automation.
Great blackout blinds.
The bathroom was over the top with a nice stand up shower as well with a soaker tub.
We will stay here again for sure.

Great stay in a beautiful historic mansion. Good location and staff were friendly, accommodating and informative.
Bathroom a bit dated but clean and functional.

My experience has always been very good. The rooms are clean, staff are helpful and plenty of parking spaces.
My only suggestion, for breakfast, is that bacon should be added to the menu. I was at the hotel this past Friday to Monday and bacon was not served at all, it would have been nice to have it served at least once. Overall, my experience has always been good.

This hotel was on sale and so we could afford it. In this case, you get what you paid for. The room was modern, bright, unusually spacious and conveniently organised appointed. Kitchen was great. Parking was plentiful and free. Location was in downtown and felt safe. There are decent places to eat nearby and the location is convenent if you like to visit galleries and museums (as we did).
