Room was like brand new. Everything looked new and worked like new. Everything was spotless and very comfortable. Staff was very friendly and accommodating for our special needs. I can’t say enough about how much better they made our trip. Location was convenient and close to everything. Bed was good and we had a great stay there.

Great location close to my Rushmore crazy horse and Custer state park! We really enjoyed our stay!

Loved that it was a little away from the crazy downtown area! Free parking! We had a room with a door to the hallway of the hotel/casino but also a door to outside so that you didn’t have to bring your luggage through the hotel. Easy in and out!

Good news - large rooms, decent water pressure, hot water water was great, VERY centrally located to all attractions in every direction. Staff is super nice. Bad news - beds are hard as rocks. Really need better mattress pads at a minimum, new mattresses would be great. Carpet in our room was very dirty. Overdue for replacement. We saw a room across the hall that appeared to have new carpet so maybe they are working their way through the rooms. No elevator so if bringing more than a backpack, recommend 1st floor. Even though it’s 100% non smoking property, the front desk staff sit outside entrance and smoke heavily. Lobby smells of cigarettes. A decent place to stay for the price.
