They have been purely residential for many months and should NOT be listed on Expedia as a hotel. The property was sold to a new owner. The old owner still has the property on Expedia, but you will not have a room when you arrive. The new owners use it for long stay rental, starting at one month. They do not have a license for short stays and cannot and will not honer reservations made through Expedia. Don't waste your money for a few extra dollars stay somewhere else. When you call the number they leave on the door no one ever answers it. We did not wait for our room to be ready because we had been driving all day and were ready to relax.
