In certain situations, we may need to send our case manager to review the situation in person to fully address any concerns. Maintenance aside from emergencies will only be able to be tended to during business hours, 8am-5pm. 2\. It is a \`must\` to read the entire listing description and the house rules of our property. However, if you leave it partially filled with dirt and trash scattered around, a fee of $350 will be imposed to cover the cost of draining and refilling the hot tub, as charged by the hot tub company. \- For the safety and maintenance of the hot tub, please ensure it is re-locked after each use. Failure to do so will result in a $100 fine. \- Children are under constant supervision and are never left alone. Diving, jumping, or frequently entering and exiting the tub should be avoided. Wash dishes (or start dishwasher) Note: \* A $200 extra cleaning fee may be charged if the home is left unreasonably dirty and requires more work than usual to clean (for example, mud on the carpet). Problems on arrival with cleanliness which were passed to the owner and resolved. Setting is beautiful- house needs a few upgrades- both upstairs and downstairs showers need faucets and shower heads. The problem with the cleaning was communicated to the owner right away. She responded but I had to ask for a cleaning fee refund since it wasn’t clean- she didn’t offer it. If she had, I would have given 5 stars because accidents happen- but customer service is a must. Had the cleaner told her about the emergency- we could have dealt with it before we got there since we didn’t arrive right at checkin time. Owner was very responsive to me overall- I still feel if the expectations listed were not what was presented it should have been automatic to offer refund. It is our new home away from home with gorgeous views. The house is very comfortable and spacious with ALL of the extra amenities you could think of and then some. There was space for everyone and all the things they brought. We appreciated the details, love, and care put into this place. It truly is a place one can relax and not worry about anything! Two kitchens and laundry rooms made it a breeze to keep everyone full and clean! We enjoyed the board games, game room area and cool kids closet! We reveled in the gorgeous cool weather and the last day a light snow dusting! Lots of lawn space for kids to enjoy and watch the bunnies hop around. Location is close to great food and activities are within short distances. Mt. Rushmore, Needle Highway, Custer State Park, Crazy Horse and Mammoth site are 30-45 minutes away and Devil's Tower and Badlands National Park are about two hours either direction. The drives to and from are gorgeous! We will definitely be back to this beautiful place soon. Thank you to the hosts who were amazing and responsive!
