A group of 12 of us stayed at this home in order to ride our UTVs. The home was able to accommodate not only all of us comfortably in the home, but also our three trucks, 6 UTVs, and our three large trailers in the driveway. The bathrooms were spaced between all six bedrooms, making it tolerable to stay with so many for a whole week :). Our only suggestions would be for dressers or hangars in all the rooms to accommodate clothing to be able to unpack and make it feel less like living out of a suitcase. Suggestions to those booking- use filtered/distilled water in the coffee pots (which there are three- another convenience) as we noticed the hard water would plug them and we would need to run a vinegar cycle to get them to work properly again. All in all, great place to stay. Close to trails with amazing sights, close to lead and deadwood downtowns. If we are ever back in the area, we will book again! ##### Katie B. It was clean, spacious and tastefully decorated and in a beautiful area very conveniently located to the many attractions our family enjoyed. House is great for a group, 2 bedrooms and one bathroom on each level. Great kitchen and eating area. Fire table on the large deck. Plenty of parking for pickups, trailers and UTVs.
