We thoroughly enjoyed our week at Deer Meadow! The home had everything a family would need to have an outstanding and memorable time. We also were close to South Dakota special areas including Deadwood, Lead, Spearfish Canyon, Custer Park, Rapid City. We enjoyed it all! We rode horses at Andy's in Lead; We enjoyed wine at Belle Jolie vineyard in Sturgis, Filet mignon at Alpine Inn in Hill City and so much more! We had daily visits from deer - and we had a snow day. There were daily visits of deer and wild turkey which made it feel like we were staying on a nature preserve. Mike checked in with us and was prompt with responding to a minor concern. Utilized the garage for parking which was nice as it rained later at night. Plenty of deck space for relaxing at the end of the day.
