This is a beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bathroom brand new home located right across the street from the lake.

Easy access to local beaches and a short drive to the town centre, makes this place an extremely convenient and enjoyable place to stay during your visit to our wonderful Lake town.

The house has a lower suite which is also a BNB.

This unit has a private beach and private swim dock.

Other things to note
PLEASE NOTE: This is a brand-new development and there is still some construction in the surrounding area. At the moment, the house next door is under construction.

Kaatza Adventures is located at the private beach and marina attached to North Shore Estates. Where you can rent kayaks, water bikes, paddle boards & canoes.

Gorgeous Rental unit
The pictures on the VRBO website actually do not do justice to this beautiful apartment. Better than the pictures! It is very spacious, clean and bright. The beds were very comfortable. We did not use the dock or go to the waterfront as it was chilly. It was definitely well stocked with towels, toiletries, kitchen utensils, dishes and supplies. My only suggestion is to add a bath mat into each bathroom. Otherwise it was perfect for us two friends! Worth the five star rating I gave it.
