Large custom 5B/4.5B pool/spa home with over 3000 sq.ft. centrally located in a small private gated community in the heart of La Quinta. No long drive to everything like you get being down in PGA West or Trilogy! As you enter the front courtyard to the left there is an attached Casita (apartment) with it's own private keyless access. Entering the house you notice the 10 ft. ceilings in the large living room adjacent to the dining room with a table that seats eight, this area overlooks the large, covered back patio next to the large pool deck with an oversized saltwater pool and spa complete with great mountain views. Down the hallway to your right you will find a chef's kitchen with an abundance of granite counters, stainless steel appliances, a large island, as well as a built-in wine refrigerator. There is seating for four more in the kitchen. You will find everything you need to prepare the best meals. Next to the kitchen is the family room with a 55" 4K TV, Xbox One and DVD player, nice comfortable seating, and custom built-ins. Just off of the family room is a powder room. With five bedrooms there is plenty of room. The Master suite has a king bed, private access to the patio and a large 48" HD Smart TV. The spacious ensuite bathroom has travertine counters, dual sinks, a large tub, and an oversized tile shower with a big bench seat. There is a large walk-in closet. The second king bedroom, across the hall, also has an ensuite bath and a 40" HD Smart TV. At the other end of the house past the family room you will find two queen bedrooms each with a 40" HD Smart TV's, and between them there is another bathroom also which has a tile shower with a bench seat. Outside the front door of the house is the Casita (apartment) with it's own ensuite bath with a large tile shower and a 40" HD Smart TV and queen size bed. High speed wireless Internet is accessible in every room. There is a mesh 6 wifi system so there's great wifi coverage from the front porch to out by the pool and everywhere in between! Home phone w/answering machine and free calling to anywhere in the U.S. and Canada. The backyard has a fabulous covered patio with comfortable seating that overlooks the pool deck. There is plenty of room for lounging around the the large saltwater pool and spa complete with a cascading waterfall and gorgeous mountain views. There's a new large five burner gas gill BBQ for cooking out on the patio. (Additional charge for pool heating) Totally turnkey from the quality bedding, new linens and pool towels, to everything you need to prepare the best meals, this house has it all! New J1772 40a EV charger in the garage. Self check in, home equipped with electronic locks for easy access. The house is located in the heart of La Quinta with easy access to the La Quinta Resort, Old Town La Quinta, and the Indian Wells Tennis Gardens, Acrisure Arena, Costco, Trader Joe's, Von's, Sprouts, Target, Starbucks, and other shopping and restaurants just minutes away. Within a 10 minute drive are the Empire Polo Grounds, PGA West, Indian Wells Tennis Gardens and the world class shopping in El Paseo. It's just 35 minutes to the Palm Springs International Airport and downtown Palm Springs. Beautifully furnished and decorated, with plenty of bedrooms, a large formal living and dining area, and a wonderfully comfortable family room off the kitchen. And the patio out back is perfect for relaxing. Again, plenty of comfortable seating, umbrellas, and pool toys. The house is in an exceptionally well maintained community. We had very few problems but anything that came up John was super attentive and helpful in resolving the issue. Séjour de 30 nuits en décembre 2020 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Jennifer H. 23 sept. 2020 Points forts : Propreté #### Amazing home to stay longterm I stayed at John and Deb's house with my boyfriend, another couple, and a 5th friend during the summer to get out of New York City during the Covid shutdown and WFH in La Quinta. We loved the house so much we extended our stay two different times (5 weeks became 10 weeks!). The house was clean and very easy to check-in to in a private gated community. The location was central- near all necessary shopping places (Costco, Walmart, Target, groceries, restaurants, etc.). For any maintenance issues we had, John and Deb immediately took care of the issue and had a handyman come same day or the next. The pool came with fun floaties + pool maintenance crew came twice a week to keep the pool clean. The hottub and pool lit up which is very fun at night. With 5 of us working remotely (some with multiple devices), the wifi would sometimes drop out or if we were streaming (chromecasting/airplay) our laptops for Netflix/Hulu to the TV. Overall, the stay was lovely and would love to come back! ##### Jennifer H. We were stuck in La Quinta unable to get home to Boston because of Coronavirus and John and Deb’s house provided the perfect 2 week oasis until we were able to arrange transportation home. Everything in the house was as advertised and the hosts leaned over backwards to accommodate our desire to shelter in place. Very nice experience. ##### Neil A. It is clean and spacious and has everything you could need to sit back and relax. And did we mention the mountain views?! Only downside is that it is already booked by someone else for next year.
