The Space: This is a beautiful two story home that sits right next to the mountain side. It is spacious with cozy furnishing and granite floors throughout main areas. It is close to one of the 12 community pools with complete Jacuzzi facilities. There are two bedrooms downstairs (King bed, Queen bed) and one bedroom upstairs (2 Twin beds). The bedrooms have flat screen TVs with a large flat screen in the living room. This town-home has a wonderful location, backing up to the mountains and a private hiking trail. It has a private attached 2 car garage as well. Everything you could possibly want in a vacation getaway. Please note that this villa sleeps 6, however a luxury queen air mattress can be provided upon request to sleep additional guests. Enjoy plenty of newly installed EV chargers throughout the community! The furniture looks like it came from Goodwill. The couches are old and broken down. The linens in the bedroom are shabby and the pillows are dirty. In one word our stay in this property was FAN-TAS-TIC! It was spacious, clean, and had everything one needs to feel at home. We were able to make a lot of our meals at home as the kitchen was outfitted not like a rental, but like one's own kitchen. The 3 bedrooms (each with their own bathroom) were perfect for our family of 5\. The beds were comfortable. The weather did not require that we use A/C but it's good to know they have it in case it gets hot. The garage was great since we had a rental car. We were amazed by how quiet it was and had great sleeps. The view on the mountain made it feel very private and was great to look at every day. Many pools (and hot tubs) throughout the resort, with pool towels provided by the owner. The gated resort is very well maintained. The owner was extremely responsive and always answered any email in a timely manner. They gave clear instructions for check in/out and accommodated our late check out request. I would definitely stay there again and would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone wanting a relaxing vacation in the palm springs area - close to everything yet secluded. ##### Isabelle P.
