"Best view of Mt Fuji by the Lake and from your own room! The front desk manager was very helpful and made out stay even better. There is a convenient shop about 5mins walk acrosss the road."
"We booked this hotel as a rest stop between Tokyo and Kyoto. It exceeded our expectations. The service was impeccable, lots of amenities on site. Dinner and breakfast were great. Felt like like we were at a resort. Highly recommend booking a room with a private onsen, we had one with a view of Mount Fuji and it was serene. I regret not staying here longer."
"The room was fabulous. Service staff are very friendly. There are a lot of activities to do in the hotel. Living close to nature.
The only downside is that it is not near the train station, you have to call the hotel to get someone to fetch you (Limit 6pm). Additionally, there aren't a lot of shops around but everything can be found in the hotel itself."
"Fantastic location, less than 5 minutes walk from Kawaguchiko station, clean & comfort. I love the shared dining area with open kitchen. Spaces seating area with great environment. "
"Can see mt. Fuji from each room of the house. There are living room, big big bed room and kitchen. The owner was very nice, and drive us to the train station. "
"Overall, private room was clean and comfortable. The only issue is that the wifi does not/barely reaches to the third floor and was basically unusable."
