I stayed there for two nights in tatami room for two people with my Mother. From our room had a wonderful view of Mt. Fuji. Comfortable futons, pillows, very clean and spacious room. Toilets, sinks and bathing areas are separate from the tatami rooms, shared with other guests. Also has a coin operated washing machine and dryer. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Had a very pleasant stay there.
