« If you’re ever in Kofu, this is the place to stay! Just a short 10 min walk from Kofu Station. Room was large and spacious, super clean. Seemed very new and modern with a nice touch of Japanese style living room. Beds were very comfortable. A/c worked great! Service was amazing, they helped us with our luggage and had it ready in our room when we checked in. Check-in was simple on an iPad (no receptionists). Can definitely reccomend! »

« チェックイン時は非接触型で良かった。 最初同じグループの経営と思われる違うホステルに行き間違えに気がつきすぐに本来のホステルへ行き無事にチェックインしました！ 部屋ですが部屋に台所や冷蔵庫などついている物の調理器具やポット、電子レンジがなく2階に共同の部屋がありそちらに置いてあった。 部屋に書いておくといいかもです。 チェックインの時には2階の共同部屋まで覗かないので。 暖房の付け方もよくわからなかった。 あとは２泊しましたがタオルなどは揃っており 快適でした。 また利用させていただきます。 »

« Hôtels.com ne proposant que peu choix sur osawaonzen aux dates de voyage nous nous sommes rabattus sur cet hôtel. Sa vétusté et état général sont loin des standards de ce site touristique mais le personnel était attentionné et le petit-déjeuner excellent. Trop de monde dans les thermes de l’hôtel ne nous a pas permis d’en profiter (un comble pour un séjour dans une ville thermale). »

"Endroit parfait pour admirer le majestueux MtFuji. Nous étions au 7e étage avec une vue exceptionnelle. Tout était facile et près de tout. Le Onsen était très bien. Je trouve que les hôtels du Japon sont très généreux avec les accessoires comme; shampooing, brosse à dents, pâte dentifrice et encore. Le buffet était bien, mais avoir le choix à la carte également serait un plus."
