とにかく古いです。部屋のエアコンは新しいものがついていましたが、古いエアコンは見た目に汚らしく、目に入ることが不快になるほどでした。それ以外は清潔にしてありました。部屋の広さは十分なのですが、ベッドのスプリングがきしみ過ぎていて、眠れませんでした。それは最悪でした。お風呂は人数制限をしているにも関わらず、混んでいて、裸でシャワーが空くのを待たなくてはなりません。お風呂に浸かるのも同じく。入った気がしませんでした。ロケーションは駅にも近くとても良いですが、もう泊まらないと思います。ただし、スタッフは皆さん親切でした。そこで救われていますね。 facilities 某会員サービスサイトで予約できたので利用しました。 電話で簡単にプラン変更できたり、最もよいプランを提案していただけたりと、対応はとてもよかったです。 ただ、ホテル前の駐車スペース(特に北寄り)と、一階ラビーから喫茶スペースまでがとにかく「タバコ臭い」の一言に付きました。 喫茶スペースそばに喫煙所の出入り口があるのですが、そこからとてつもないタバコ臭が漂い、せっかく美味しく頂きたかったウェルカムケーキの味が台無しでした。 また、シャトレーゼアイスが食べ放題なのはとても嬉しかったのですが、若干軟らか目で、また、コーンが柔らかくなっておりパリパリ感が全くありませんでした。 仕事柄、全国のビジネスホテルに宿泊しますが、久々に突っ込み所満載のホテルに泊まりました。 まず、施設の老朽化が半端ないです。 ＊冷房の効きがが悪いし、操作ボタンが壊れている ＊ベッド脇のデジタル時計の液晶が壊れていて見えない ＊シャワーの温度調節が難しい ＊カードキー全盛の中、鍵が昭和時代のまま ＊コンセントが少ない など。 温泉がありますが、正直浴場も更衣室も狭いです。
