Welcome to Kingswood Condo #179, a warm and inviting family-friendly retreat just 2 minutes from the beautiful shores of Lake Tahoe. Thoughtfully redecorated and perfectly situated near downtown Kings Beach and Northstar Ski Resort, this three-bedroom, two-bath condo is designed for families, groups, and multi-generational travelers who want comfort, convenience, and year-round Tahoe adventure.  
  
Step into the ground-floor entryway where you'll find plenty of space for coats, shoes, and gear—ideal for ski days or beach outings. Two cozy bedrooms are located on this level, each with king-sized beds, stylish décor, and easy access to a shared bathroom with a double-sink vanity and stand-up shower. The primary bedroom also includes a TV, two spacious closets, and a private balcony perfect for morning quiet time. A full-size washer and dryer are conveniently located on this floor as well.  
  
Head upstairs to the heart of the home: a bright and playful living space with vaulted ceilings, colorful accents, a gas fireplace, and cushy seating that brings everyone together. Families will love the fully equipped kitchen with plenty of prep space, plus multiple coffee makers—drip, Nespresso, and Keurig—to satisfy different morning routines. Share meals at the live-edge dining table, enjoy game nights by the fire, or step onto the covered balcony for fresh mountain air.  
  
Just beyond the kitchen, you'll find the third bedroom with a queen-over-queen bunk bed—perfect for kids or extra guests—and another full bathroom with a stand-up shower. Upstairs on the third level, a quiet dedicated workspace with an ergonomic chair, desk, computer monitor, and extra seating gives remote-working parents or teens a comfortable place to focus.
